I got impressive room with a TV and a balcony and 2 bathrooms as advertised. The food was fresh and the staff were helpful and pleasant. Location: the hotel was really close to shops along Main Street and Park City Mountain.

I stayed in a one-bedroom suite with my family, and the setup worked well for us. The unit had enough space for everyone, and we were near the ski village, made our trips easy. We enjoyed the complimentary activities, which allowed us to meet other guests. I appreciate places that offer fun interactions. The lobby was also cute.
The fireplace in our room did not work, reducing our coziness factor. The baseboard heaters generated noise, distracting at times.

Loved the games room and the cozy fireplaces! Our two-bedroom unit had everything we needed for a fun family stay; we even got help tracking down a stuffed animal left behind!
Felt like home, no complaint.

We had a cozy stay with large rooms and comfy beds. Really enjoyed the heated pool and huge hot tub to relax after a day of activities. The only downside was that the place felt a bit dated in areas, but it didn't take away from our fun. I recommend calling ahead to check on seasonal activities. it really added to our enjoyment! 😊

Great service, cozy stay!
We stayed for 2 nights in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment. The customer service was on another level-shoutout to Rainier for making us feel right at home! The picnic area was a nice spot to chill, but the wifi connection was a major hassle, disconnecting every couple of pages. Still, we'd come back for that awesome service.

Great location and family-friendly activities
We took advantage of the complimentary cheese and wine night, a fun treat after a long day of skiing. The pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained. I did find the early 10 am checkout a bit inconvenient, especially since check-in is at 4 pm.

Great location near Park City Mountain. The one-bedroom suite had plenty of space for my family. We really appreciated the full kitchen and dining area. The indoor pool and hot tub felt nice after a long day of skiing. Friendly staff, especially during wine and cheese nights. Only downside, the fireplace in our room didn't work, which reduced the cozy factor a bit. Noise from the baseboard heaters could be distracting at times. Check-out time at 10 am feels a bit rushed, especially after a fun night. Despite these issues, a solid value for a family trip.

Comfortable beds but needs improvements
The beds provided excellent comfort after a long day exploring. Sadly, the room had outdated decor and the noise from the hallway was distracting. I recommend bringing your own curtains for privacy. The pool area was a nice way to unwind, though daily housekeeping would enhance the stay.
